How to place the order for opals online at www.sevenopal.com
1. Visit the Category Page or Shop Page
As you land on the homepage- www.sevenopal.com . Click on Shop By Category and visit the category page of the opals that you wish to buy.
For example, if you wish to buy free size fire opal stone-
visit the homepage > Shop By Category > opal with fire
Or, visit the homepage > Shop > product categories > opal with fire
Filter option like Price, Carat Weight, Ratti Weight can be used.
The page lists a number of available products with their actual pictures and prices to read useful information about the product, scroll to description and additional information tab of the respective product and can check origin and specifications of the opal.
2. Select the opal
From the selected page, choose the product as per your choice, budget and requirement.
As you click the product, you will also see the description of the product which includes details like weight, origin, cut etc.
All pictures are actual picture of the product. Actual product pictures along with the video helps you in understanding the product clearly.
Our website does not use ‘reference images’ which means the same stone is shipped to the buyer which is shown on the website.
3. Selecting mode of payment
You can make the payment using Razorpay (For Indian Orders) or Paypal (For International orders) payment gateway. Your item is shipped once the payment is received. Either you can choose Cash on Delivery on particular locations only in India.
You may also make payment using bank transfer. Bank details are mentioned in the payment method section on checkout page.

4. Proceed to Checkout
From checkout page you can on place order and make payment. You will be notified upon successful completion of order and details will be communicated to you through Email & SMS.
